S'mores Fudgsicles

Two summer nostalgic classic treats combine in the best way




S'more Fudgsicle Recipe


3.5 c half and half milk

7 oz semi sweet chocolate bar chopped

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 c cocoa powder

1 TBSP vanilla bean paste (of extract)

1/4 tsp salt


1/2 c marshmallow fluff

4 TBSP melted butter

4 graham crackers


Method:

Start by mixing together sweetened condensed and cocoa powder in a medium sauce pan. Once fully combined place pan over medium low heat and add in half and half. Mix together well till fully incorporated. Once fully combined allow milk mixture to come to a simmer stirring occasionally. Add in semi sweet chocolate- broken up or chopped. Stir all together till chocolate is fully melted. Add in salt and vanilla and stir till combined. Once this mixture is nice and smooth- looks like hot cocoa- take off heat and allow to come to room temp.


Melt 4 TBSP butter in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Add in 1/2 c marshmallow fluff and microwave again for 15 seconds. Stir together to make a smooth paste. Add to your popsicle molds. Sprinkle in some graham crackers and then pour room temp chocolate mixture to fill line. Let freeze for an hour, add in popsicle sticks, more marshmallow fluff and graham cracker pieces. Freeze again for 12 hours. *Fudgesicles are soft even when fully frozen* Gently take out of popsicle molds and enjoy right away or wrap to freeze and enjoy later.
